By accessing or using Calculious ("the Site", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What Calculious provides
Calculious offers free financial calculators and educational guides covering income tax, take-home pay, loans, savings, capital gains, GST/VAT and related topics for India, the USA, the UK and Australia. All tools and content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
2. Not financial, tax or legal advice
Nothing on Calculious constitutes financial, tax, investment, or legal advice, and no professional relationship is created by using the Site. Calculations are estimates based on the assumptions and rates stated on each page and may not reflect your individual circumstances. Tax rules, interest rates and thresholds change, and edge cases are simplified or omitted. Always verify figures against the official government source and consult a qualified professional (such as a Chartered Accountant, CPA, or Tax Agent) before making any financial decision.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including official government sources) and may display advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site or advertiser. Clicking a third-party link or ad is at your own discretion and risk.
