We read every message personally and usually reply within 1–2 business days. To get a useful answer fast, include the specifics below depending on why you're writing:
- Reporting a calculation error? Tell us which calculator (e.g. Income Tax, EMI), the country you selected, the exact figures you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected — ideally with the source (an official government page) that supports the correct number.
- Outdated tax figure? Share the rate, slab, or threshold that looks wrong and a link to the latest official notification (incometaxindia.gov.in, IRS, HMRC, or ATO). We update figures as soon as new budgets take effect.
- Suggesting a tool or feature? Describe what you'd use it for and which country it should support.
- Advertising or partnership enquiry? Include your company, the type of placement you're interested in, and your timeline.

Do you store the numbers I enter?
No. Every calculation runs entirely inside your own browser. Your salary, loan amount, or investment figures are never sent to our servers or saved anywhere — close the tab and they're gone.
Are the calculators free?
Yes, completely free with no sign-up. The site is supported by advertising, which lets us keep every tool and guide open to everyone.
How often is the tax data updated?
We review rates each financial year and whenever a government announces a budget change. Every figure is checked against the official source for India, the USA, the UK, and Australia.
